Hi, my name is Judi.

Thank you for your interest in my mediation services.

I worked in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry for 31 years, supervising and handling claims.

During this time, I evaluated, negotiated and settled thousands of injury and property damage claims.  Through this process I gained extensive experience problem solving and resolving disputes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

I completed 40 hours of training in the theory and practice of Mediation in January 2019.  I became a volunteer mediator with Jefferson County Mediation Services, Boulder Small Claims Court and Court Mediation Services in Denver and have completed over 500 hours of mediation during the past five years.  I am a Professional Member in good standing with the Mediation Association of Colorado. 

I am able to mediate a variety of civil cases to include insurance disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and contract disputes.   

My education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Colorado. I also completed the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Certified Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant programs while working in the Insurance Industry.  I also served on the Board of Director’s for the Colorado Auto Theft Prevention Authority from 2012 until 2018.
